The Wine Festival Art comes to the 6th Edition, an event dedicated to the union between the world of wine and that of art.
Our organic Etna Bianco Tìade won the white wine award for the best winning wine, chosen by the tasting public.
A unique event of its kind in Calabria, as the artistic director Francesco Pingitore explains: “The event highlights the wine in art through exhibitions dedicated to the label, the cinema, the painting with tasting of Southern Autochthonous Wines from the areas of Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia, Campania and Sicily “.
During the event, which took place at the Miramare Palace Hotel in Trebisacce, on August 16th from 6.00 pm, those who visited the exhibition were able to taste the wines that this year participated in the competition, and at the end of the event the public prizes were awarded to the wineries that received the most preferences during the festival. Three categories: red, a rosé and white.
In addition to wine tasting, the evening included the opportunity to get to know and taste different typical southern products, from dairy products and Bufavella cheeses to the salami of Calabria of the mandarin factory, without forgetting the special moment dedicated to taste with Terre del Sole – Olio Evo and Ice cream!
